Returns/exchanges: 

All Lash sales are Final . There is absolutely no refund on eyelash strips or accessories  that have been unsealed or used. At Lash Galore, due to covid we take a lot of pride in keeping all of our products free of germs or cross contamination. If you are 100% unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us. you have 5 days from your order date to make an exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your lashes MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you ordered on the website,  your return needs to include the original packing slip or receipt to be accepted for return. Be sure to include the receipt or packing slip. If these documents are not included in the return box, we may not be able to return your purchased item or give you a refund for your purchased items. 

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Shipped orders will be sent via USPS with tracking number (US Only). We do not offer International shipping . The lash galore collection is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but an additional shipping fee may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Orders of $25 and more will be eligible to receive free shipping (Us Only).
